A coffee away
Bright Japanese set meals, hand-brewed coffee, a quiet desk. No booking, no membership — just walk in.
言文字——台灣人才聚落 (Emoji Hub | Taiwan Talent Hub) is more than a café, more than a coworking space. Japanese set meals and hand-brewed coffee by day — and a late-night shokudō & bar after dark — on 1F; a members-only capsule lounge and party room on 2F; focused work and community events under exposed timber beams on 3F. Soft opening October 13, 2026, grand opening November 1 — with opening-month events all through November. Subscribe to be among the first through the door.
You can just drop in for a coffee. But every event and every gathering here is designed to help the right people find each other — designers meet engineers, founders meet co-founders, students meet mentors.
Meeting the right people shouldn't be this hard. Whether you're a remote worker, a freelancer or a first-time founder, this is your home base in Taipei.
Bright Japanese set meals, hand-brewed coffee, a quiet desk. No booking, no membership — just walk in.
When the lights switch over, the late-night shokudō and izakaya bar take the floor — drinks, live music, talks and community nights, where after-work hours turn into new opportunities.
From a Japanese set meal at street level, to resting and gathering on 2F, to working and hosting under the ridge beams on 3F — every floor plays its part.
Bright Japanese set meals and hand-brewed coffee by day, with a takeaway window; after dark the lights switch and it becomes a late-night shokudō and bar, with a long counter and occasional live music. No membership needed — a coffee is your ticket in.
A members-only floor with face-recognition entry: capsule rest pods with QR self check-in, showers, and a play area with Switch, board games and mahjong — bookable as a private party room.
The ceiling stripped back to the old timber beams: a fully open, high-ceilinged floor with movable furniture — focused work by day; talks, Demo Nights and community events by night, with 100-inch-plus projection and a self-serve snack bar.
No rigid packages — start with what you want to do. We're ready for all six of these.
Tutors come free, students pay — no classroom rental needed.
From venue to audience, we'll get your session running together.
Recurring meetups, book clubs, gatherings — move your community in.

The most convenient venue for inspiration, right by the station.
Connected to international communities and resources through TDNA.
Its full name is 言文字——台灣人才聚落 — in English, Emoji Hub | Taiwan Talent Hub: a building by Taipei Main Station designed to help you meet the right people. 1F is a bright Japanese café by day and a late-night shokudō & izakaya bar after dark; 2F is a members-only capsule lounge with rest pods and a play area; 3F is an open coworking and event space under exposed timber beams — with year-round talks, events and startup matchmaking, connected to the international community of TDNA (Taiwan Digital Nomad Association). Come for a coffee, work here, host an event, or make the hub your home base.
No. 11, Section 1, Chongqing South Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei — diagonally across from Exit Z10 of the Taipei Main Station underground mall, Taiwan's busiest transit node.
The soft opening is planned for October 13, 2026 (a limited invitation and preview period through October), with the grand opening on November 1, 2026. November is our opening month, with themed weekly events — an opening experience week, community partnership week, startup & enterprise week and a year-end thanksgiving programme. Day Pass NT$350, 10-visit pass NT$2,800; Flex membership NT$3,500/month (12 days a month), Full-time membership NT$5,000/month; the 2F capsule rest pods are members-only, with plans to be announced. Café & Bar items NT$80–350; event bookings from NT$20,000.
The hub runs on a 24-hour split schedule: staffed daily from 11:00 to 03:00, when the 1F café/bar and 3F coworking & event floor are open; from 03:00 to 11:00 it is unstaffed, and members can still access 1F and 2F via face recognition.
Digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers, engineers, designers, product managers, founders, international talent and investors — anyone who wants a home base in Taipei, a wider network, and opportunities to collaborate or start something new.
Most Taipei coworking spaces cluster in Xinyi, Da'an and Zhongshan — options right by Taipei Main Station are rare. Emoji Hub | Taiwan Talent Hub sits diagonally across from Exit Z10 of the station's underground mall (No. 11, Sec. 1, Chongqing S. Rd). The 3F coworking and event floor runs under exposed timber beams, with 100-inch-plus projection and movable furniture: Day Pass NT$350, 10-visit pass NT$2,800, flex membership from NT$3,500/month, open until 3 a.m.
That is exactly what the hub is designed for — meeting the people you'd never usually meet. There's a weekly Talent Night (introductions, open mingling and on-the-spot matchmaking), monthly curated 6–8 person cross-field dinners, and a member mutual-aid network where an "I'm looking for ___" post gets a concrete reply within 24 hours. Or just order a coffee and meet whoever is sitting next to you.
The Taiwan Digital Nomad Association (TDNA) is Taiwan's largest digital nomad community. It hosts Taiwan Digital Fest, the country's biggest digital nomad gathering, and runs regular exchanges with communities in Seoul and Fukuoka. Emoji Hub | Taiwan Talent Hub is TDNA's Taipei home base — if you're arriving on Taiwan's digital nomad visa (up to 2 years), make it your first stop: coworking, member rest pods, a late-night shokudō and international community events, all under one roof.
Yes. It isn't a traditional accelerator — it's a talent-density-first hub: the 3F venue hosts demo nights, talks and workshops; the community runs regular startup and tech events; and TDNA's network connects you to international talent and resources. Monthly desks and team plans are available for startups and companies, with startup support services (such as registered business addresses) being planned. Finding a co-founder, a first engineer or a designer — the events here are designed for exactly that kind of encounter.
After dark, 1F switches into a late-night shokudō and Japanese-style bar, open until 3 a.m. — a long counter, shifting lighting, occasional live music, and one of the few hot late-night meals near Taipei Main Station. Members also get a 2F play room with Switch, board games and party bookings.
The hub is taking shape by Taipei Main Station, with the soft opening planned for October 13, 2026 and the grand opening on November 1. Subscribe to be the first to hear about opening news and progress updates.
