Giving Taiwanese and global startups a chance to meet
Taiwanese teams heading out, international teams landing here. Both directions rest on three things we provide: company registration, real-world product validation, and advisory & consulting.
To be honest with you: cohort size and capacity will be adjusted based on our actual membership mix, and this item is not counted in our financial baseline. Register your interest now; we make no promises about cohorts, quotas or outcomes.

Three services we provide
Company registration, real-world product validation, and advisory & consulting are what we provide. Cohort size and capacity will be adjusted based on our membership mix; specific terms follow future announcements or written agreements.
Company registration
A registered business address and company-registration support: a low-cost, high-retention entry point for teams setting up in Taiwan, handled under the applicable regulations.
Real-world product validation
Test your product with real users in a live venue. The Hub's floors, community and events double as a field for MVP validation and iteration.
Advisory & consulting
Advisory and consulting on business models, fundraising narratives and operations, connected to the TDNA international network and the CaseCake freelance platform for matchmaking.
What the support covers in practice
Built on the three services we provide. The detailed scope and terms of each engagement follow future announcements or written agreements.
Company registration
A registered business address and support through the company-registration process, handled under the applicable regulations.
Real-world product validation
Product polishing, MVP validation, and iteration direction, tested with real users in the Hub's live venue and community.
Advisory & consulting
Advisory on business models, fundraising narratives and operations, plus matchmaking through Hub events, the TDNA network, and platforms like CaseCake. No matchmaking outcome is guaranteed.
Two kinds of teams, one two-way direction
Whether you want to head out from Taiwan or come in from the world, feel free to register your interest first. Cohort size and capacity will be adjusted based on our actual membership mix.
Taiwan startups looking to go global
You have a product or service and want to reach overseas markets and partners. The ecosystem around the Hub, including the TDNA network, can be your starting point, alongside our registration, validation and advisory services; no outcome is guaranteed.
International startups looking to land in Taiwan
You see an opportunity in Taiwan and want to understand local resources and how to get settled. The Hub provides company registration, product validation and advisory services; practical matters like visas are handled case by case under the applicable regulations; we guarantee no result.
The ecosystem behind the Hub
Below is the environment and network we're part of, offered as background for this direction, not a promise of any specific outcome.
Taiwan's visa environment
Policies such as Taiwan's digital nomad visa give international talent an option for landing here. Specific eligibility and process depend on individual cases and current regulations; we offer no guarantee or on-your-behalf handling.
The TDNA network
Through the Taiwan Digital Nomad Association (TDNA), we connect to digital-nomad and startup organizations across Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe. A possible connection point, not a guaranteed match.
Taiwan Digital Fest
An annual event gathering digital nomads, founders, and investors from home and abroad. An exchange occasion within the ecosystem, with no guaranteed participation or exposure outcome.
Talent density beside Taipei Main Station
The Hub sits at No. 11, Section 1, Chongqing South Road, right beside Taipei Main Station. The location favors everyday encounters, but does not represent any fixed matchmaking or support arrangement.
Government and enterprise ties
Years of accumulated government collaborations and enterprise connections form part of the ecosystem's background. Whether this extends to individual startup teams depends on future evaluation and each specific case.
The Hub's third-floor event space
A shared coworking and event space on the third floor, with high timber-beam ceilings and a large projection screen. It's the physical venue for the Hub's day-to-day operations, and the field where startup teams run real-world product validation, demos and events.
Let's be clear up front
We provide company registration, real-world product validation, and advisory & consulting. Cohort size and capacity will be adjusted based on our actual membership mix.
This item is not included in our financial baseline or loan-repayment sources. The financial planning in our operating plan does not assume any income or outcome from startup support.
No outcome of any kind is guaranteed: fundraising, closing deals, overseas expansion, or successful matchmaking all depend on each team and market conditions. Actual content, quotas, terms, and fees are subject to future announcements or written agreements.
Legal matters, including the registered-address question, are being confirmed with our accountant first. Should any future collaboration or investment become possible, it will be set out separately in a clear written agreement.
Let us get to know you first
Feel free to register your interest. We make no promise of cohorts, quotas, or outcomes; cohort size and capacity will be adjusted based on our membership mix.
Whether you're a Taiwanese team looking to expand abroad or an international team wanting to understand landing in Taiwan, feel free to write to us first. A single sentence on what you're building and what help you want is enough. No full plan required.
