Taking Taiwan's startups to the world, and the world's startups to Taiwan言文字 — Taiwan Talent Hub
This is a two-way bridge: one end connects Taiwan's startups to the global market, the other helps international startups land and take root in Taiwan.
Recruiting every March, June, and September, we focus on three things — founder training, product refinement, and business matchmaking — to push your startup toward the world one step at a time. It isn't a course; it's a run alongside you — we run this stretch together.

Program essentials
Three cohorts a year — three chances to set off
We recruit startup teams every March, June, and September. Miss one cohort and the next is just three months away — you can submit your interest at any time, and we'll place you in the nearest cohort.
March Cohort
The year's first cohort. Ideal for teams arriving with a fresh yearly plan, ready to bring their product to market in the first half of the year.
June Cohort
The mid-year cohort. Building on first-half progress, ideal for teams that already have an MVP and are ready for market validation and expansion.
September Cohort
The second-half cohort. Aligned with year-end expos, fundraising, and international exchange milestones — ideal for teams aiming to complete a sprint before the year ends.
The journey: four stages
Apply
Submit your interest by email or LINE, with a brief note on your team, your product's stage, and the help you most want. Expressing interest doesn't require a full business plan.
Interview
A one-on-one deep conversation to clarify together where you're truly stuck right now, your target market, and what this cohort's support can do for you.
Selection
Selected by how well your team's needs fit the Hub's resources. We'd rather support a few teams deeply than mass-produce a large class.
Run
You're officially in. Training, product refinement, and business matchmaking unfold in parallel, while connections keep building in the event space on the Hub's third floor.
What "running alongside you" actually means
We distill our resources into the three things that truly shape success or failure: build the people, sharpen the product, make the connections.
Founder training
Complete support from mindset to execution: business models, fundraising narratives, and team operations, while bringing AI productivity and global-market thinking into daily work — so you can do more with fewer people.
Product refinement
Product polishing, MVP validation, and rapid iteration. Together we clarify who your real users are and what problem you're solving — subtracting features, adding value, and validating assumptions along the shortest path.
Business matchmaking
Connecting you with customers, investors, partners, and co-founders. Through the Hub's events, office hours, and international network, we raise your odds of meeting the right people — the hardest part to pull off on your own.
Two kinds of teams, one bridge
Whether you want to head out from Taiwan or come in from the world, this bridge is built for you.
Taiwan startups going global
You have a solid product but you're hitting the ceiling of the local market. We help you find overseas customers, local partners, and the right market to enter, connecting Taiwan's energy to international channels and capital — so your first overseas deal no longer rests on luck alone.
International startups landing in Taiwan
You see the opportunity in Taiwan but don't know where to start. We help you access local resources, handle the practicalities of visas and settling in, find local teams and talent, and take the shortest path into Taiwan's market and community.
Everything a run alongside you needs, we happen to have
Running alongside a team isn't about enthusiasm — it's about a full set of real networks, policy tailwinds, and a physical venue. What we've built over the years is exactly what can catch a startup team.
Taiwan's visa tailwind
Taiwan's digital nomad visa now runs up to 2 years, with new spousal work rights and a fast track to permanent residency — a powerful tailwind for international startups landing in Taiwan and for Taiwanese teams recruiting global talent.
The TDNA network
Through the Taiwan Digital Nomad Association (TDNA), we connect to digital-nomad and startup organizations across Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe — giving "find an overseas partner" real nodes to plug into.
Taiwan Digital Fest
Our annual flagship event, gathering digital nomads, founders, and investors from home and abroad — a natural stage for startup exposure, matchmaking, and international exchange.
Talent density beside Taipei Main Station
The Hub sits right beside Taipei Main Station at No. 11, Section 1, Chongqing South Road — the most densely trafficked node in Taiwan, raising the odds that "meeting the right person" actually happens.
Government and enterprise ties
KK's years of government collaborations and enterprise connections mean the run doesn't stop at community — it extends into real business opportunities like public tenders, corporate training, and digital transformation.
The Hub's third-floor event space
With high ceilings, timber beams, and a large projection screen, the third-floor coworking and event space is the physical home of courses, Demo Nights, investor meetups, and Founder Dinners.
Let's be clear up front
What the program provides is resources, companionship, and connections. We do our utmost to connect you with the right people and the right markets, but we guarantee no outcomes — fundraising, closing deals, and overseas expansion all depend on the team itself and shifting market conditions.
Quotas and cohorts follow the official announcements. Each cohort has limited spots, and selection depends on how well a team's needs fit the Hub's resources; actual recruiting dates, content, and quotas are subject to the official announcements.
Should any future collaboration or investment become possible, it will be set out separately in a clear written agreement that lays out rights and obligations in the open.
Ready to run together?
Submit your interest and we'll place you in the nearest cohort and set up an interview to talk through where you're stuck right now.
Whether you want to take a Taiwanese product to the world or bring an international team to land in Taiwan, we'd love to get to know you first. Expressing interest doesn't require a full plan — a single sentence on what you're building and what help you want is enough.
