辦社群講座、工作坊或交流活動
社群主辦人可提出 Stay Square 場地申請；送出申請不代表場地已保留。
在等等空間活動區辦活動，前後到餐飲空間用餐
全棟約 85 坪（約 281 m²）。講座、工作坊、交流、讀書會、Meetup、企業活動與包場，都在言文字 App 建立並送審；可選等等空間共享活動區、等等空間交誼廳，或在咖啡／三點水餐飲空間包場。
- 位置
- 站前地下街 Z10 出口斜對面台北市中正區重慶南路一段 11 號，適合邀請來自不同地區的來賓。
- 佈局
- 可移動家具可依講座、小組工作或開放交流調整桌椅佈置；實際方案另行書面確認。
- 設備
- 100 吋以上投影提出需求時說明畫面、音訊與電力需求，再確認可用設備與進撤場安排。
- 餐飲
- 等等空間活動區點心，餐飲空間用餐等等空間活動區有自助點心吧；活動前後可到餐飲空間用餐，實際餐飲安排另行書面確認。
提出需求前先確認
活動一律在言文字 App 建立並送出審核，審核通過才會公開。可以選擇透過言文字售票，或填寫外部售票網址；也能貼上其他平台的活動網址自動帶入資料。
場地費：公開活動每位參加者 NT$150 場地茶飲費（附茶飲一杯）；包場活動依空間與人數計算，見價目表，可全額折抵在咖啡／三點水當場餐飲。包場活動送出後線上付款，付款完成才進入審核。
代收票款與撥款：透過言文字售票時，言文字代收票款並收 10% 代收金流手續費（含刷卡手續費），活動結束隔天起算第 10 個工作日撥款到主辦人填寫的帳戶。場地茶飲費不計入撥款。
取消與退費：包場活動場地費於活動日 14 日前取消全額退還、前 8–13 日退 50%、7 日內不退；審核未通過全額退還；颱風等經政府公告停班停課可全額退還或改期一次。活動日 7 日前可免費改期一次（3 個月內）。參加者退票依主辦人設定：接受退票時，活動開始前 8 日以前可在 App 自行退票，票價扣 10% 手續費、場地茶飲費全額退還；不接受退票時可轉讓票券。主辦人取消公開活動時，參加者全額退款；活動前 7 日內取消，主辦人負擔已售票款 10% 手續費。言文字因場地因素取消時全額退款。
場地使用不得排擠核心社群時段。直銷、投資詐騙、宗教及政治動員活動不予承接。
Host at Stay Square and dine with at cafe or 3AM before or after
The building spans about 85 ping (about 281 m²). Talks, workshops, networking, book clubs, meetups, company events and buyouts are all created and submitted for review in the emoji App. Choose the Stay Square shared space, the Stay Square social room, or an at cafe / 3AM dining room buyout.

- Diagonally across from Exit Z10No. 11, Sec. 1, Chongqing S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei, convenient for guests arriving from different areas.
- Layout
- Movable furnitureFurniture can be arranged for talks, small-group work or open networking. The final setup requires separate written confirmation.
- Equipment
- 100-inch-plus projectionList your display, audio and power requirements so we can confirm available equipment and load-in arrangements.
- Food
- Stay Square snacks and Dining with at cafe or 3AMA self-serve snack bar is at Stay Square. Guests can dine with at cafe or 3AM before or after the event; arrangements require separate written confirmation.
Check these terms first
Every event is created and submitted for review in the emoji App and is published only after approval. Sell tickets through emoji or link an external ticketing page; you can also paste a link from another platform to import the event details.
Venue fees: public events charge each guest a NT$150 venue and tea fee (one drink included). Buyout events are priced by space and group size (see the price list) and the fee can be used in full as same-day at cafe / 3AM food and drink credit. Buyout events pay online after submitting; review starts once paid.
Ticket collection and payouts: when tickets are sold through emoji, we collect payments and keep a 10% payment-collection fee (card fees included), paying the host's account on the 10th business day counted from the day after the event. Venue and tea fees are not part of the payout.
Cancellation and refunds: private-event venue fees are refunded in full if cancelled 14+ days before the event, 50% at 8–13 days, and not refunded within 7 days; declined applications are refunded in full, and government-announced typhoon closures are refunded in full or rescheduled once. One free reschedule (within 3 months) is allowed up to 7 days before the event. Guest refunds follow the host's setting: if refunds are accepted, guests can refund in the App up to 8 days before the event, minus 10% of the ticket price, with the venue and tea fee refunded in full; otherwise tickets can be transferred. If a host cancels a public event, guests are refunded in full; cancelling within 7 days of the event, the host bears a 10% fee on tickets sold. If emoji cancels for venue reasons, everyone is refunded in full.
Venue use must not displace core community hours. We do not accept multi-level marketing, investment scams, religious recruitment or political mobilization.
Stay Squareで開催し、前後は在咖啡・三點水で飲食
建物全体で約85坪（約281㎡）。講演、ワークショップ、交流会、読書会、Meetup、企業イベント、貸切は、すべて言文字 App で作成して審査に提出します。Stay Square共有スペース、Stay Squareソーシャルルーム、在咖啡・三點水の飲食スペース貸切から選べます。

- Z10出口の斜め向かい台北市中正区重慶南路一段11号。異なる地域からゲストを招くイベントに便利です。
- レイアウト
- 可動式家具講演、小グループ作業、オープンな交流に合わせて配置を調整できます。最終的な配置は相談後に書面で確認します。
- 設備
- 100インチ以上の投影映像、音響、電源の要件をお知らせいただき、利用可能な設備と搬入出を確認します。
- 飲食
- Stay Squareの軽食、在咖啡・三點水の飲食Stay Squareにセルフ軽食バーがあります。イベント前後は在咖啡・三點水で飲食でき、実際の手配は相談後に書面で確認します。
申請前に確認すること
イベントはすべて言文字 Appで作成して審査に提出し、承認後に公開されます。チケットは言文字で販売するか、外部の販売ページを指定できます。他のプラットフォームのイベントURLを貼り付けて内容を取り込むこともできます。
会場費：公開イベントは参加者1名ごとに会場・お茶代 NT$150（ドリンク1杯付き）。貸切イベントはスペースと人数で決まり（料金表参照）、全額を当日の在咖啡・三點水の飲食に充当できます。貸切イベントは送信後にオンラインで支払い、支払い完了後に審査を開始します。
チケット代金の代行受領と送金：言文字でチケットを販売する場合、代金は言文字が代行受領し、決済代行手数料10%（カード手数料込み）を差し引いて、イベント終了翌日から数えて10営業日目に主催者の口座へ送金します。会場・お茶代は送金に含まれません。
キャンセル・返金：貸切イベントの会場費は、開催日の14日前までのキャンセルで全額返金、8〜13日前は50%、7日以内は返金なし。審査不承認は全額返金、政府発表の台風休業などは全額返金または1回振替。開催7日前までなら3か月以内の日程に1回無料で振替できます。参加者の払い戻しは主催者の設定に従い、払い戻し可の場合は開催8日前までApp で手続きでき、チケット代の10%を差し引き、会場・お茶代は全額返金。払い戻し不可の場合はチケットを譲渡できます。主催者が公開イベントを中止した場合、参加者には全額返金し、開催7日以内の中止は販売済みチケット代の10%を主催者が負担します。会場側の理由で言文字が中止した場合は全額返金します。
会場の利用が中核コミュニティの時間帯を妨げてはなりません。マルチ商法・投資詐欺・宗教および政治的な動員活動はお受けしません。
